    “Work and Rest”
The Lord desires to give us rest and be our Oasis.   It is vitally important to learn how to rest in our souls. Every part of us needs to experience rest… Spirit, soul, and body.    As we yoke up with Jesus He will carry the heavy load. We must learn to walk and move along with Jesus. We must pace ourselves and keep in sync with Him. Move when He moves. Stop when He stops.   We must endeavor to keep our eyes on Him at all times!

God‘s way is to go to Him for total rest that we may live a life of work.   Yoke up with Jesus, and do the work of the Lord!

    “The Ministry of Healing”
Today we learned how the gift of healing is tangible and it is by degree. There is a transfer and release of this gift and it is by faith and the contact that is made by the vessel being used. One must be dedicated and committed to prayer if they are called to be used as a vessel in the gift of healing. All glory must go to God when one is used in this precious gift of healing. One must be very cautious that the sin of pride does not enter in when being used in the gift of healing.   It is important that we press into God, and depend solely upon Him for every need that we have, and not look to our own ability.

    “Son, Friend, Servant”
Today we learned to relate to Jesus as Son, Friend, and a Servant.   The criteria for our friendships is to share in this life.   In any relationship we must share purpose.

We learned to live a life of serving for  this is when we experience true joy.  Sometimes the realm of being a servant is simply doing what He desires of us to do. We need to do ALL  as doing it onto Him. The Lord sees the servant's heart when others do not notice.

As we looked as  Jesus the Son we looked at how He changed us...He transformed us by His glory.

    “The Healing Annointing, Part 2”
Today in Bible study we heard God's Word on the healing anointing.     Living as good stewards over our bodies we must be diligent to take care of them that we may live healthy.     There may be times though that we become sick due to weakness, stress, etc.    It should bring consolation to our hearts that the Lord is able to heal our bodies for it is His provision to us.

Today we received God's Word how we can  live with expectation that the gift of healing can flow to us and through us.   Faith, hope, love and  fervent prayer is what will activate this precious gift within us.  May we live expecting to receive healing whenever we are in need.
